Before you begin

Your GPS only works when you tell it where you actually are.

To reach your destination, your starting point must be accurate. PSA™ is your professional GPS, but only if you enter your real coordinates, not the ones you wish you had.

The single most important instruction

Be yourself. Not the version you aspire to be, the version you are right now.

There are no right or wrong answers. There is no best answer to select. Every question has one purpose: to locate where you genuinely stand today. Choosing the answer you wish were true produces a map of a place that does not exist. It cannot guide you anywhere real.

12–15 minutes

48 statements rated on a 5-point scale. Take your time. There is no time limit. Thoughtful responses produce more accurate results.

One attempt

The assessment is completed in a single session. You can navigate between questions freely using Previous and Next. Once you submit, the session is complete.

Private & confidential

Your responses and results are private. PSA™ does not share individual data with employers, institutions, or third parties. Your report belongs only to you.

Questions are personalised

Based on your profile, career level, industry, region, and language, your 48 questions are selected specifically for your professional context. No two candidates see the same assessment.

Payment is required to receive your report. Please read before you begin

Tips for best results
1

Find a quiet moment. Avoid rushing. Your first honest instinct on each statement is usually the most accurate.

2

Answer based on how you actually behave, not how you want to behave or how you think you should. The gap between the two is precisely what PSA™ is designed to reveal.

3

Think about your professional self, not your personal life. Anchor your responses to how you function at work, with colleagues, in projects, under professional pressure.

4

If you are unsure between two responses, choose the one that is more often true, not occasionally true. Consistency of pattern matters more than peak moments.
